The Hire Vision Volunteer Team

Hire Vision was founded by Shira Lotzar in the Spring of 2025 as a divinely-inspired initiative to support federally displaced workers. 

With 30+ years of experience in a variety of roles as a recruiter, career coach, small business coach and executive coach, Shira has also launched two other community service programs: BoomerWorks and Hire Moment Mastermind. 

Shira is joined by an AMAZING team of 25+ volunteers who have passionately dedicated their time, skills and love to make Hire Vision a reality.
